THE WISE HUSBAND

THE WISE HUSBAND
Yea! Complements of the season! It’s the last day of the year and I’m pleased to wish you happy new year in advance…May the year ahead bring you more blessings!
I’ve been meditating on the life of a man recently…and I concluded: God loves man!
God gave man ALL things including freewill to create other things we desire…There’s nothing man can ever desire that doesn’t have it’s raw material already In existence. God foreknew us and had our back from the beginning.(Rom. 8:28:32).
God told Noah to build the ark in Genesis and Noah found the raw materials around him(wood)
Men wanted to build a tower reaching the heavens…yes! The raw materials needed was within their reach(Gen. 11:3) Even God attested to it and had to confuse their language…
The 21st century came and further established this fact by introducing incredible innovations and technologies.
I indulged my thoughts further on and discovered even a woman is a “raw” material given unto man(1 corin. 11:8&9)….yet they are the least explored for constructive and positive impacts.
The next question to ask therefore is WHY?
Why would such beautiful raw material be neglected or misused?
I hear men often call some ladies “wife material”…yet they’re not willing or ready to get something sown out of this same material. ..it’s like recognising gold without using it for anything other than to admire it.
Infact most men no longer admire at all so much their wives begin to complain “he no longer pass complements on my beauty!”
Well, only raw gold laments about not being admired…gold passed through fire gets the admiration of not just its owner but also those looking from afar…it sparkles and brings honor to its owner…prov. 12:4 says…an excellent woman is the crown of her husband…We all know the glory of a king lies in his crown…without a good crown, a king looses the symbol of his kingship….without a good wife what honor is there in being a husband?
I therefore came to myself and understood…The beauty of a woman lies in the creativity of her husband.
Ephesians 5 says and i paraphrase. .. nurture her as Christ nurtures the church and dedicate yourself to bringing the best out of her as a woman as Christ gave himself for us and transformed us by the word…
A wife is a husbands responsibility as all Christians are Christ’s responsibility. ..for this same reason, a man must leave father and mother and be joined with his wife just like Christ left heaven and came to die for us…CHRIST LEFT HEAVEN TO COME AFTER US…That’s just the height of love; finding a friend who is willing to give his all…
He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from God Himself…a huge favor indeed, an additional raw material!
Dear husbandman, what are you bringing out of your wife material?
A wise man once said…”Stop complaining about your wife’s poor choices cause you’re definitely one of them”
Teach your woman to do well not just by words but by your actions and lifestyle…she watches and learn…she’s constantly wanting to discover and explore…you must be ready to feed her mind…. not with Junks but with the word!(Ephesians. 5: 25&26)
Take her on a journey of spiritual growth, you’ll be the one to reap it…. We all know a woman is an incubator, do her good and she’ll do you better!
